3 Cocktails 1 Gin

Back in the 18th century, people were drinking obscene levels of gin. Parliament was forced to intervene, passing five acts in an attempt to control gin consumption. Though we’ve never hit the heights of our ancestors, the gin craze has truly taken over Britain once again.

The juniper berry’s magical properties are no longer going unnoticed, with gin eclipsing the much inferior vodka as our favourite spirit. What makes gin so perfect is its adaptability. It provides the perfect base for cocktails, and who doesn’t love a cocktail? (or three!) So look no further for your much-needed gin fix than the following flavour-filled recipes that will get you living in full bloom…
