Weleda Skin Food
I use this in so many ways and will simply never be without it. As you can see it’s well-loved! This herbal scented, ointment like thick cream is a saviour for dry depleted skins, bringing life back into your face. It can be used as a primer, highlighter, eyelid sheen, brow tamer, lip balm, cleanser and my favourite, a foot and hand cream – the list goes on! It is on the heavy side but only a dab is needed and oh boy does it nourish and soothe. A little tip, warm between your fingertips first before applying. This is a must-have and one of those products I would want if stranded on a desert island. It’s available at Look Fantastic and most beauty retailers from £7.95.

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse
This oil is summer in a bottle. Its famous scent is intoxicating, warm and slightly sweet, yet subtle at the same time. I just love the smell of this, I could literally bathe in it! It’s a dry oil that can be used as a body moisturiser, perfect for adding a slight sheen to your collarbones and chest area. It’s also wonderful as hair oil, just coat your ends in this and wrap up in a towel. Upon release, I can bet your tresses will look shinier, swisher and silkier! For an understated scent, I sometimes wear this alone instead of perfume. This can be purchased from many beauty retailers such as Cult Beauty from £18.50.

Ilia Color Haze Multi-Matte Pigment
This brand has taken over my makeup bag! Natural makeup made easy. This creamy formula works brilliantly as a cheek and lip tint, it’s an absolute staple. Only a tiny bit is needed to perk up your skin as it is pigmented, as the name would suggest! I love the cool metal applicator, which allows for easy and controlled applications. It’s a worthy investment, lasts well on the skin and the intensity can be built up easily. It is a product I reach for daily. This can be purchased from SpaceNK for £30.

Biafine Emulsion
Another French pharmacy classic, this is very much held in high regard as being a cult product and for good reason. This cream soothes and protects, perfect for sensitive skins needing relief from irritation. This can be used as a body moisturiser, to calm razor burn, as a face cream after treatment or if you’re suffering from imbalance. If it’s good enough for Elle Mcpherson, then it’s good enough for me! It’s a favourite behind the scenes at fashion shows, where it’s used as an all–over multipurpose ointment and as a burns treatment. I’ve also heard it’s fantastic at treating hyperpigmentation, helping to fade those pesky scars left behind after a spot has exited the building. This is one you want in your stash and it can usually be found on Amazon for around £10.

Heritage Store Rose and Glycerin Spray
This is an inexpensive, highly moisturising, water-based mist that can only be best described as a liquid comfort blanket on your skin. It hydrates beautifully, refreshes and soothes. I personally love layering this on in between my serums and I tend to reach for this throughout the day, ensuring I keep it by my desk for whenever I need a pick me up. It is also a fantastic setting spray after makeup and works wonderfully on a dry scalp as a toner to soothe flaking and itching. It comes in a huge 240ml bottle and can be bought from Urban Outfitters for £10.
