One of my favourite things is to find new clothing and jewellery brands to support, purchase from and wear.
With the likes of Asos, Zara and Mango being so readily available, you are bound to walk down the street and bump into someone wearing something strikingly similar, if not exactly the same. I love my clothing to feel unique, represent me and be stylish. Below are a few clothing and jewellery brands I have come across, which I support or will be supporting in the coming year.
This is a relatively new brand which is paving the way for the velvet suit moment. 60’s inspired, cool and comfortable, the range of jackets, shirts and trousers come in a range of fashionable colours to suit everyone. I love their ethos about being inspired by the previous generation, one that seemed more glamorous, fun and cool than 2022. Anything with a nod to vintage classics I adore and although a whole suit will set you back around £600, I will be saving my pennies to purchase one in the future. A velvet suit is so trendy, yet a classic look, which you will wear time and time again.

Joseph CPH is a beautiful jewellery brand which is designed in Copenhagen and brings to life a variety of rings, necklaces and bracelets using beautiful stones and designs. With products ranging from £20 to over £100 there is something for every bidget and the intricate designs are one of a kind. Josephine Havmoller is the jewellery designer who found inspiration in India whilst travelling. The raw materials and handmade products sold in markets in India, inspired her to bring these brilliant initiatives back home with her. Now, she has set up her own business where she designs her rings in her hometown of Copenhagen, which are then created in Jaipur, India. The perfect mix of cultures helps to create unique and beautiful jewellery, which will last a lifetime.

Source Unknown brings an edgy and cool vibe to your wardrobe. Their range of minimal and flattering pieces are the perfect staples that can be used in any outfit and won’t break the bank in the process. Taking the most basic silhouettes and bringing a new concept or twist to them is exactly what Source Unknown does best. This leaves you with unique pieces which you know will remain timeless but also trendy. A personal favourite of mine are the Bicolour Jeans, which are two tonal on each leg and bring a unique sense of style to a basic …you can’t go wrong!

One Mile The Label is the brain child of the Australian influencer Sammy Robinson. She explains how this brand reflects her childhood and all the special people in it. Through her simple and relaxed Australian style, I do genuinely think this brand supports this vision. It’s cool, calm and collected and can be worn many ways. Although there are some beautiful pieces that are featured in her collection, we may need to wait until the summer months to really let these pieces shine! With a range of bikinis, little tank tops and linen trousers this really does embody that sunshine, beachy feeling. Let’s hope we can all head out of the UK many miles away and wear this gorgeous clothing brand this summer.

Tomboy – super cool, super striking and super unique. A brand which is whole heartedly based on their unusual logo and supported by the colours of red and blue. Not only do they have their own range of clothing but they also express themselves through exclusive collaborations with other brands, which make them really stand out. My personal favourite items are the John Blue and Jane White denim shorts which have TOMBOY emblazed across the back. This creates the perfect staple for summer and will ensure you stand out from the crowd.
