Delectable Drinks to Enjoy This Christmas
I don’t know about you but sipping on a hot, comforting drink is one of the little joys in life and at Christmas, what better excuse than to go all out with flavours, toppings and calories.
The ideal Christmas eve sip or a movie night treat; Feel free to adapt to your taste buds.

Ingredients
2tbsp instant coffee
2tbsp sugar
2tbsp water
Baileys
Milk of choice
Ice
Method
Step 1
Start by dissolving the coffee and sugar with 2tbsp of hot water
Step 2
Whisk until a frothy and stiff consistency forms
Step 3
Fill up a fancy glass with ice, half baileys and half milk
Step 4
Give it a stir to combine the two liquids
Step 5
Spoon the whipped coffee on top and enjoy
Boozy Hazelnut Hot Choc

Ingredients
Amaretto (can swap for Baileys or leave out completely)
1tbsp Cocoa / Hot chocolate powder
1tbsp Nutella
Milk of choice (I recommend hazelnut)
Whipped cream, Nutella and marshmallows / chopped hazelnuts to serve
Method
Step 1
Start by heating the milk, hot chocolate powder and Nutella on the hob
Step 2
Pour the hot cocoa into your favourite festive mug
Step 3
Add as muchamaretto as you desire and stir
Step 4
Top with whipped cream, marshmallows or chopped hazelnuts and a generous spoonful of Nutella
Spiced Biscuit Latte

Ingredients
Espresso shot
Milk of choice
Lotus biscuit spread
Whipped cream, cinnamon and gingerbread men to top
Method
Step 1
Prepare coffee – you can use instant coffee or a coffee machine for this
Step 2
Heat milk of choice, dollop in the biscoff spread and give it a whisk (a mini battery powered frother will change your life)
Step 3
Pour in the coffee
Step 4
Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and mini gingerbread man
