The first of its kind in the UK, The Spa at Blythswood Square in GlasgowCity Centre offers CBD treatments in the form of either a massage or afacial. And the La Rue Verte CBD massage is easily one of the bestmassages that I have ever had. Set over four floors and just steps from the River Thames, ESPA Life atCortinthia London is the perfect place to escape from the hustle andbustle of the city. With an entire thermal floor, this is where you’dfind me, on one of the warm stone loungers. And if you’ve wanted to tryDr. Barbara Sturm skincare, this is the place to have that very firstfacial. I am dying to try the Clarifying Facial in particular.

From traditional Elemis and Decleortreatments to Reiki, reflexology, Hopi ear candling and even fishpedicures.
