Unfiltered by Cohorted: The Art of Health with Rhian Stephenson
Join us as Rhian Stephenson talks about what real health looks like, getting to the root cause of health problems, and what makes Artah’s supplements different from everyone else.
Rhian Stephenson is a nutritionist, naturopath, and the founder of Artah Nutrition Ltd. She spent 10 years in clinical practice before starting up her own practice with the goal of leading people towards optimal health in a holistic and well-rounded way.
Rhian is a naturopath and nutritionist by trade. After a decade in the business, she had the opportunity to run a fitness business, which she loved, but which highlighted one important factor for her: although people were getting fitter, they weren’t getting healthier. And so Artah Nutrition was born.
In today’s episode, Rhian chats about her own struggle in practice to find potent supplements to treat health problems, the importance of doing a “health audit”, the dangers of diet culture, and making small changes to improve your health.
Artah has recently launched a supplement range that stands out from the rest. They’re potent, made to specifications that Rhian wishes she’d had when she was in practice, and designed to get to the root cause of health problems. Keep up with the amazing work they’re doing by signing up for their newsletter on their website!
